Detectives are working to find suspects after officers found a man with gunshot wounds lying on the street early Thursday morning.
Patrol officers found the victim near Soto Street and Rio Vista Avenue at about 3:30 a.m., said Lt. Michael Bautista with LAPD’s Hollenbeck Division.
