Here’s what’s next for the Wyvernwood Redevelopment Plan:
Ӣ The Los Angeles City Planning Department is reviewing the Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) prepared by Fifteen Group, the developer. The Draft EIR is expected to be available for public comment in June.
Ӣ After that, the redevelopment proposal will go before the City Planning Commission and the Land Use Committee for a vote before going before the entire City Council.
”¢ At each step along the way, Wyvernwood residents and other residents of Boyle Heights will have a chance to share their views with decision makers. The city’s EIR will be available for review at the department’s office at 200 North Spring Street, Room 750, Los Angeles, CA 90012. Copies are also available at some city library branches.
