The Trump said Tuesday it plans to end DACA after a six-month delay, a period intended to give Congress time to act. On Sept. 1, House Speaker Paul Ryan had asked President Trump to hold off on any action on the legal protections for young undocumented immigrants. Ryan said at the time, “I believe that this is something that Congress has to fix.”
