Police arrested Friday a truck driver who allegedly ran over and killed a 69-year-old woman last month while she was standing near her motorhome.
Daniel Rico, a 52-year- old resident of Rialto, is being held on $50,000 bail after investigators say he failed to stop his semi-truck and help Cynthia Szukala, who died on the night of Dec. 22 after being struck in the 3700 block of Union Pacific Avenue.
