A 13-year old Boyle Heights girl who had been missing since Tuesday has been found safely, according to the LAPD. Hollenbeck Divison Captain Ruby Flores shared the information in a Twitter post Wednesday morning:

Evelyn Morales had been described by her family as depressed. Prior to Wednesday morning, she had not been since May 30 around 8:00 a.m. In a statement released by the Los Angeles Police Department, the girl’s family said she may have been be a danger to herself.
