Stan Lee’s Los Angeles Comic Con is this weekend and an auction item will go towards benefiting a Boyle Heights nonprofit organization.
A Gibson Flying V guitar signed by Stan Lee will be sold off and all of the proceeds will go towards benefiting the Boyle Heights Arts Conservatory, Accesswire reports. The Boyle Heights Arts Conservatory teaches comic arts and helps young people prepare for careers in film, television and broadcasting for free.
The guitar comes as a gift from the Guitar Center. Stan Lee’s Los Angeles Comic Con is a three day comic and pop-culture convention happening Oct. 28-30 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
