A group of Boyle Heights merchants are getting together for an inaugural “Arte Love Walk,” a community event to be held on Wednesday, February 14, from 4:30 to 8 pm, along César Chávez Avenue, from Chicago to Cummings Streets.

The event coincides with this year’s St. Valentine’s Day.

According to the event’s Facebook page, “Arte Love Walk” offers locals and visitors “canvas painting, handcrafted art, pottery, and live music.” The event was organized by Lino Campos, owner of The Cream Shop barber shop.
