Police are looking for an armed robber who aimed his gun and pulled the trigger  targeting a cellphone store employee in Boyle Heights, and whose weapon did not fire.

The LAPD says the robber entered a Metro PCS store in the 900 block of North Forest Avenue on May 27. A video released by the department shows the gunman fiddling with the gun as it fails to fire off a shot. The store’s cashier hurries to empty two cash registers and hands the money over to the suspect. The employee was not injured.
