The purpose of SaludArte is to promote community, health, education and the power of

young people in Boyle Heights.

By attending you will learn about key campaigns the collaborative is working on to

improve the quality of education and life for everyone in Boyle Heights BUT instead of

sitting down and just receiving tons of information, we are going to intentionally engage

you all in a form of art ranging from mural making, to spoken word to even writing

corridos.

The event is open to anyone in Boyle Heights so you can come with your friends, your

family or both. The event will also be kid friendly so if you need to babysit your younger

siblings there should be no problem. We will also have food and some swag for you all to

take home.

This event does count as community service , and

by attending you will get a letter confirming your hours.
