Eastside residents on Monday took to the streets to celebrate Mexico’s 3-1 World Cup victory over Croatia. As spectators watched the highly-anticipated match, fans came out to show their spirit and love for the game.
Celebrations took place on Whittier Blvd in East L.A. Twitter user @goeastlos Javier Guillen shared pictures from the day filled with cheers and passion.
