Los Angeles’ “biggest block party” rolled into the East L.A. neighborhood of Boyle Heights on Sunday, with streets closed off to cars and open wide for bicyclists, skaters and strollers. Mariachi Plaza was one of six main hubs in the ride, featuring a farmers market, craft vendors and live music.
