People drive down Evergreen as if it were a freeway. It is a residential street, with many homes, apartments, churches and child care centers along it. There should be speed bumps along it, especially near the Evergreen Rec center, where so many children are present. If the Huizars hadn’t been so busy grifting for Salesian, maybe they could have done something about it. Evergreen is even being repaved right now!
