Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and Councilman Jose Huizar joined community groups and local residents at the 67th Annual Mexican Independence Day Parade in East Los Angeles on Sunday.
The parade ran along Cesar E. Chavez Avenue from Mednik Avenue to Gage Avenue and was followed by a festival.
