A female tagger suspected of defacing several Downtown government buildings was caught Tuesday by police when she was detained on an open container investigation, said the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department.


Victoria Jayne Bay, a 37-year-old transient, was arrested on suspicion of felony vandalism near of 1st Street and Soto Avenue. She was transported and booked at Century Regional Detention Facility and is being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
