A run in Boyle Heights this Sunday will have Eastsiders running through Los Angeles to show solidarity with women.

The Boyle Heights Bridge Runners are organizing their second annual ‘Amigas Who Run’ to create safe spaces and to promote self-care, KCET reports. The Bridge Runners are a community running crew based in Boyle Heights that meet every Wednesday. But this Sunday is a special event in honor of Women’s History Month, the group writes on Facebook.

The run is not sanctioned, meaning streets will not be closed. You can begin lining up for the run starting at 6am at Espacio 1839, 1839 E 1st St, Los Angeles. The run is open to all ages, levels of running and women identified people, the group writes, but they also say no runner will be turned away. The event page says they want to promote a safe community among the women runners.
